Davies & Associates, LLC started in July of 2017 as a fulfillment of a desire to see a world inspired to reach their full potential. Its vision has always been to help people get Activated, Cultivated, and Empowered to reach their full potential.

DR. CONRAD DAVIES

Husband. Father. Educator. Coach. Minister. Brother. Friend.

Dr. Conrad is an author, speaker, university-level educator, Gallup-certified strengths and talents development coach, executive coach, and commissioned minister.

He has a track record of activating, cultivating, and empowering people to reach their full potential.

Dr. Conrad and Kandace also co-founded a non-profit educational and training organization called BE Reconciled, Inc., where they provide resources for the journey of unity and reconciliation.

Dr. Conrad has earned degrees in chemistry and religious studies, communication studies, and educational leadership studies.

He resides in Lexington, KY, with his lovely wife, Kandace, and their three world-changing children, CJ, Levi, and Sarah.

KANDACE DAVIES

Kandace is a homeschooling mom, faithful friend, life-giver, problem-solver, and intercessor.

She has a track record of helping individuals and organizations see what is true and plain, which activates, cultivates, and empowers people to move forward in their lives.

Kandace and Dr. Conrad train groups and individuals through their non-profit work of Be Reconciled, Inc., which provides resources for the journey of unity and reconciliation.

Kandace has earned degrees in political science and communication studies.

She resides in Lexington, KY, with her husband, Dr. Conrad, and their three world-changing children, CJ, Levi, and Sarah.
